Working principle and Notes

The Machine have end and cutting stop auto alarm, stop machine functions. Put the Material Roll/PET roll on the Air Expansion Shaft (1), then inflatable the Air Expansion Shaft (1), fix the film roll. The traction mechanism pulls the material out of the reel into each station; One side of Air Expansion Shaft (1) is connect with the Magnetic Powder brake (2).According to the different material and tension, adjust the controller to make the precise control of the tension.
